Things looked good for the Brashear Boys in the 1st half of their game at Newtown-Harris Thursday. The Tigers jumped out to an 18-5 lead after one quarter and were up 34-23 at halftime. The tide turned in the 2nd half as Newtown closed to within 3 during the 3rd quarter with Brashear leading 45-36 to start the 4th quarter. Newtown again closed within 4, but Brashear slowed the game mid quarter an shot free throws the rest of the way to secure a 59-50 win.
